Attention all Parents and Carers,
Once again, we are preparing a timetable to offer Parent/Student/Teacher Conferences regarding your child’s progress. These will take place early next term.
Each Classroom Teacher will have a full day to conduct interviews. Interview times will be about 10-15 minutes in duration.
Times will be allocated on a first-in-first-served basis. On the day of the interview, please arrive and depart via the King Street gate. You will be required to sign in at the hall (Kindergarten will be the library).
Below is the timetable for Term 3 Parent/Student/Teacher Conferences:
Stage 3 - Tuesday, 20th July (Hall)
Stage 2 - Wednesday, 21st July (Hall)
Stage 1 - Thursday, 22nd July (Hall)
Early Stage 1 - Friday, 23rd July (Library)
PLEASE BRING YOUR CHILD’S SEMESTER 1 REPORT to the Conference for discussion and reflection. Semester 1 Reports will be distributed this week to all students.
If the date/s mentioned above do not suit, please indicate as such on the comments section provided on the Classroom Teacher’s note which has been distributed to students to take home.
