Our school offers a range of spaces, tools and resources to support student learning. Whether it’s for study, sport, creativity or technology, our learning environments and resources give students what they need to succeed.
Our school facilities
We offer a range of learning environments. They help students stay engaged, build confidence and enjoy every part of their school day. Our facilities include:
- modern, bright and comfortable classrooms
- a well-stocked library for reading and research
- sports fields including cricket nets, full size rugby league field and soccer goals
- designated music room featuring keyboards
- Yarning Circle, Bush Tucker Garden and cultural room for students to connect with cultural opportunities
- COLA (covered outdoor learning area) for sports and other activities
- school bus with a 22 seat capacity
Resources and technology
King Street Public School uses modern technology and digital learning tools. Our resources help students learn, create and stay connected. As a NSW public school, we have access to shared programs and tools available to all schools in the state.
All classrooms have smart boards to enhance learning while students in Year 3 -6 also have 1:1 laptops available.
Our school employs a Technology Support Officer three days per week to support our school, staff and students.
